ANT Smith faced his fear and went on TV to discuss his small penis size in 2017.
He wanted to prove the myth that “size matters” wrong, but who is he and does he have the smallest penis in the world? Here’s everything you need to know.

Who is Ant Smith?
Ant Smith is a poet who comes from East London.
He wrote a poem called “Shorty” about the size of his manhood in 2014.
Ant performed the poem at an open mic night in London which then went viral online.
The poet later appeared on Radio 1, This Morning and the Australian radio station 9MSN to discuss it.

Does Ant Smith have the smallest penis in the world?
Ant has a penis that is four inches when erect and smaller when flacid.
His penis is classed as “micro” due to the average penis in the UK being5.2 in (13.1 cm), according to German researchers from worlddata.info who combed through more than 40 studies – spanning nearly 90 countries – involving penis size.
He has previously said he spent more than 30 years of his life worrying about the size of his manhood – but it’s not known if he has the world’s smallest.
Ant said: “Growing up it was a considerable embarrassment to me. At about 3.5in it wasn’t so small but seemed so much smaller than everyone else’s.
“I was teased at school and it made me so self-conscious I didn’t have sex until I was 21. I would get embarrassed if the condom slipped off as my penis was too small to keep it on.
“Somehow the size of your penis has become linked to how much of a ‘man’ you are, which is nonsense. My wife assured me my size made no difference.”
What has Ant Smith said about the size of his penis?
In 2017, Ant Smith appeared on This Morning to dispel the myth that “size matters”.
He revealed to hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford: “I’ve spent years and years thinking I’m the only one with this problem.
“By keeping quiet I wasn’t really letting anyone else with the same problem realise they are never really alone.”
Ant also insisted that his size has never held him back, particularly when it is at full working capacity.
He continued: “I use more than just that part of my anatomy in my relationship with my beautiful wife.”
However, the poet admitted that he hadn’t always felt confident.
He said: “Men will certainly exaggerate and round up and maybe not answer questions directly.
“When I grew up it was the perceived wisdom that six or seven inches is normal.
“You get anxiety when you stick seven in your mind.
“I wouldn’t use the term [micropenis] myself, it is a very specific medical term and I don’t think it is particularly helpful and I don’t think we should be labelling.”
Ant wrote a book about his experiences called The Small Penis Bible, which he hopes will help people coping with a small manhood.
The self-help book is filled with real-life stories and Ant’s trademark humour.
Discussing the book in 2020, Ant said: “My main aim is to make other men feel OK about themselves. Now I tackle the subject with humour, but I know from my own experience just how serious an issue it can be.

“So many men beat themselves up about their penis size, and it affects their relationships with women.”
Shortly after appearing on-screen to discuss his penis size, in October 2017, Ant was hired by blood-testing company Thriva to front a campaign telling people: “There’s nothing wrong with a little pr**k.”
The campaign was created to spread the message that people can use home blood kits to keep track of their health.
At the time, he said: “While playful, it’s a serious message.
“We will all be better off if we properly monitor what’s happening inside our bodies that we perhaps can’t see in the mirror.
“It’s something some people are scared of addressing, even if all it takes is a small prick.
“This is the perfect way to spread the word about good mental and physical health.”
NHS tips to add inches to your penis
WORRIED about the size of your manhood?
There are some things you can do to help.
According to the NHS, there are a few simple – and painless ways – to add the illusion of a few extra inches. These are:
- Trim your pubes – if you’ve heard the saying “mow the lawn to make the tree look bigger”, trimming your pubic hair can do exactly that.
- Banish the beer belly – losing weight is a great way to make your todger look bigger. It’s not going to look as impressive if you have a beer belly hanging over it.
- Get fit – not only will getting fit make you look better, but you’ll also feel better. It goes without saying that if you’re feeling sexy your love life will also benefit
