Who was Steven Donaldson?
Steven Donaldson, from Arbroath, Scotland, was murdered on June 6, 2018.
He worked in the oil industry.
He had a passion for cars and motorcycles and was close with his father, mother and two sisters.
One of his sisters, Lori Robertson, said in court that her brother earned a “good salary”, which made it possible for him to buy numerous vehicles as well as three flats in Arbroath and Aberdeen.
What happened to Steven Donaldson?
Steven was murdered on June 6, 2018, by his girlfriend Tasmin Glass, Steven Dickie and Callum Davidson.
His body was found at Loch Kinnordy Nature Reserve in the morning of June 7, 2018.
RSPB warden Victoria Turnbull called 999 around 5am that morning, when she and her colleagues discovered his burned body and BMW car.
Ms Turnbull said in court: “We realised there was someone on the ground.
“I realised the person was dead so I stepped away and started to call the police.”
Steven’s girlfriend Glass lured him to the reserve, where Dickie and Davidson then attacked him and stabbed him 26 times.
He was then dragged across the car park where they laid him underneath his BMW before setting the car on fire.
Glass left while Dickie and Davidson attacked and murdered Steven.
She went home to sleep, which her Apple watch proved due to her heart race at the time of the murder.
Lead investigator Detective Superintendent Andy Patrick told the Scottish Sun: “Once the attack was in progress and Steven Donaldson was incapacitated I think she got in her car and left.
“She was able to go home calmly, engage with her mother and then the health app shows she was able to go to her bed and sleep that night.
“All at the time when Steven Donaldson was being murdered by Callum Davidson and Steven Dickie.”
His dreams and aspirations for life have been cut short due to the senseless and unprovoked actions of his killers.

Who murdered Steven Donaldson?
Three people have been convicted of murdering Steven.
In May 2019, Steven Dickie and Callum Davidson were given life sentences.
However Dickie was found dead in HMP Perth in November 2019.
Tasmin Glass was convicted of culpable homicide and jailed for 10 years.
She lured Steven to Kirriemuir Hill to discuss their failing relationship.
At the time of the murder she was pregnant with his son.
Glass also had an affair with Dickie at the time of the murder.

After the sentencing, Steven’s family said in a statement: “As a family we are extremely pleased with and welcome today’s verdict.
“However, it doesn’t bring Steven back to us.
“Steven was far too young to die, still having his full life ahead of him.
“His dreams and aspirations for life have been cut short due to the senseless and unprovoked actions of his killers.
“The length of sentence they receive will never compare with the sentence we will continue to endure but we hope it will reflect the severity of the crime and the community can feel safer in the knowledge that these killers will not be back on the streets for a long time.”
The family also thanked the Police of Scotland for their hard work in investigating.
They ended their statement by asking for privacy.
They added: “We would also like to thank the community of Angus for their overwhelming support throughout this difficult time.
“Now that we as a family eventually feel some form of closure, we would appreciate being given the privacy to grieve.”
Glass and Davidson appealed their sentences.
Their appeal was denied
