COSTA Coffee fans who require a caffeine kick over the long weekend will want to know when the coffee chain is open.
Customers should check what time their favourite store is due to pull up its shutters on the bank holiday on Monday, August 26.

Is Costa open over the August bank holiday?
You are in luck if you want to taste a Costa Coffee over the bank holiday as most stores are open as usual.
Shops are typically open from 7am or 8am throughout the week, but some swing their doors open even earlier.
As opening times vary between its 2,700 branches, it is worth checking with your local shop beforehand.
You can check what time your local branch is open by using Costa’s store locator on its website.
Customers can also grab a coffee from one of Costa’s more than 14,200 Express machines, which run 365 days a year.

Octopus Energy customers can get a free Greggs hot drinks once a week if they’re signed up to its Octoplus scheme.
You just have to download a code off the loyalty scheme app and scan it in-store to claim the freebie.
Meanwhile, retailers Ikea and Waitrose both offer loyalty scheme customers free hot drinks.
Waitrose customers have to sign up to its myWaitrose scheme first, then buy an item in-store to claim the freebie.
Plus, you can only get free americanos, cappuccinos, lattes or teas.
Ikea customers signed up to its Ikea Family scheme can get free hot drinks between Monday and Friday.
Both retailers’ loyalty schemes can be downloaded on to your smart phone via Google Play or the Apple App Store.
