ASDA shoppers should take note of the supermarket’s opening hours over the bank holiday weekend.
This year, the early May bank holiday falls on May 6.

Is Asda open over the bank holiday?
Asda stores will remain open during the bank holiday weekend.
However, your local store’s hours may differ depending on location.
Typical store hours are in place on May 4 and 5, meaning larger shops generally open their doors between either 6am and 10pm or 7am and 11pm on Saturdays.
And Sunday hours are usually 11am until 5pm, or 10am until 4pm.
On the bank holiday Monday, many stores will be operating at reduced hours and close at 10pm.
Meanwhile, Express stores will be open as usual, which is typically between 6am until 12am.
